Jewel Triad shuffles a nine-card collection in the browser. Selections and found trios are not attached to an account and are not transmitted as gameplay telemetry. Leaving or refreshing the page clears them. There is no permanent personal collection or purchase history.

The message composer uses the email, optional name, selected topic and text that you give it. The page first displays that information as a draft. Nothing is delivered by that step. Your email service becomes involved only when you choose to send the draft to Jorunepi’s support address.

The storage choice is saved locally with a maximum one-year expiry. Permission for display preferences also allows a reduced-motion flag to be remembered. These small keys do not include selected cards, message drafts or contact addresses. You may revoke the preference option or remove both keys from Cookies.

No analytics SDK, advertising pixel or third-party embedded game is included. A public host can create normal access or security logs when files are requested. Mail service providers handle correspondence that is actually sent. Their storage countries and time limits are deployment matters and should be verified rather than described as Australian by default.

The purpose of a support email is to answer it, investigate the issue it describes or address a privacy concern. It is not a marketing subscription. You may ask about information in a past conversation, request that an error is corrected or ask for deletion where retention is no longer needed. Ongoing issues and applicable obligations can affect what must be retained.

A jewel-card label is often enough to explain a game question. Do not supply payment data, passwords or unrelated documents. For a handling complaint, identify the message and the outcome you are seeking. This page should be revised if the site later adds services that change these practices.
